Nope! But for all we know the 1,000,000th visitor may have already been there and even had a pleasant stay in the interrogation rooms at Pak's Palace in P'yongyang.

Seriously, no idea who the millionth visitor was since all I have is the DNS number of the ISP he/she/it connected from.
