I forwarded your post to the guy who keeps the records for the KOREAN WAR
POW ASSOCIATION. He has the most complete files on American KW POWs
around. I'll pass on anything he sends me about your uncle.

47' was wounded and captured on October 27th 1950 around Chosan near the
Yalu and taken to a Chinese POW camp somewhere in Manchuria where he died
