Been reading about the British Sea Fury role in Korea.
The Brits Navy used Furys, Spiteful and Spit mk22 and 24s
What kind of success did the Brits and other UN nations
have with their Combat aircraft?
Brits state they knocked a few Migs down.
Records do not show about any other NK prop aircraft shot down.
The Sea Furys may have got 2 Migs though lost about 10 props
and about 20 Meteors. Did not get conclusive
information.
One fact, the Meteors did not fare well against the Migs.
Brits may have shot down as many as 7 Migs confirmed.
I think the Saber and Meteor had combat trials
The Meteor had better climb and turn radius then the Saber.
The Saber more maneuverable and faster.
