The more research I do on Chinese claims during Korea the less they hang together. I am still working on a data base on that topic but there is no Gabriel that comes up in it at any point. I am using multiple sources (primarily KORWALD, the "1059" document, and the Naboka and Seidov/German books) and none of them can give any credibility to these claims.
