My apologies . . . you are correct, the Korean War did not start until June of 50' I believe! In my haste to respond to the Macarthur reference I miss spoke (my family and I are not big fans of him as you probably guessed). Regardless, my uncle spent Christmas of 50' as a POW at Camp 5 and subsequently died the following May. Every Christmas we always take a moment in our prayers to remember him and the other servicemen on active duty around the world.
